Dandy Villas Ioannina -Colorful Boutique House-in Old Town-Cozy

Dandy Villas are pleased to present you their new accommodation, Dandy Villas Ioannina, in the historic center of the city.

We start the tour from the ground floor: here you will find the living room with a corner sofa bed, for hours of relaxation, tranquility but also the place where all the guests of the house can share precious family moments. In the same space, on the ground floor, there is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a small dining room and a bathroom with a special bathtub. All a bit petit, but, at the same time, highly functional.

We are still on the ground floor where you will see in front of you the internal staircase which leads you to the rooms on the upper floor.

Upstairs, on the 1st floor of the house, is the bedroom and a cute room for our little friends and not only, as well as one WC. Ideal for the independent, individual.

In the bedroom there is a double bed and a sideboard to arrange your things while in the smaller room there is a bunk bed. The space is available both for a few days and longer stay for professionals, remote workers, etc

Dandy Villas Ioannina is located just 2-minute walking from Ioannina’s castle, bars, restaurants, taverns, traditional shops and pastry shops. And just 5 minutes to the famous, wonderful lake of Ioannina, Pamvotida. Here every moment of the day, morning – evening, winter or summer, the images are unique. The scenery, the atmosphere, the “air”, everything is like a movie set.

The house is well situated in the old centre of Ioanina. Check-in was easy and reactivity of the host high. House however was too little for 5 people and a little worn out. Only airco in 1 bedroom and very difficult to aerate. Overal 3/5 rating.

The house is located in the historic center of Ioannina and is a carefully renovated traditional building that preserves the authentic character and charm of the area. Due to its traditional architecture, the layout and spaces are naturally different from those of a modern property. This is part of the experience of staying in an old-town home, where guests can enjoy the unique atmosphere and history of the building. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that all units had been checked prior to your arrival and were fully operational, as we also informed you directly. During your stay, you shared your concern with us, and we remained available to assist in any way needed. You mentioned that you would try opening the windows and let us know if any further assistance was required. Since we did not receive any further communication from you afterwards, we understood that the issue had been resolved. We always encourage our guests to contact us at any time during their stay, as we are more than happy to assist and do our best to ensure a comfortable experience.
