Villa Yiannis is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom villa, with stunning scenic views of the surrounding Tsilivi hillside, towards Marathonisi Island. The house is well-furnished, sleek and stylish inside with a private swimming pool and BBQ outside. It's also only a few minutes' drive into Tsilivi which has a great choice of places to eat, drink and shop, a lovely sandy beach and several fun family attractions. Plus, Zante Town is only 15 minutes' drive away too. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Yiannis sits on a hilltop, close to the centre and seafront of Tsilivi. This lively resort is reached within a few minutes' drive, or a 15 minute downhill walk, and has a wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants, plus several fun family attractions. Its wonderful sandy beach also has many good beach bars, some with service straight to your sunbed! Alternative, more laid-back beaches are within a short drive, as is Zante Town, the island capital. Villas Spyros, Zante Odysseus and Zante Athina are next door.
