This incredible studio has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a king size bed and a super comfortable double sofa bed, in the room you have a private balcony and pool with a beautiful view of the complex's garden and pool, the perfect place to relax in your vacation or business trip.

As our guest, you will have access to the entire apartment, as well as common areas, all community and amenities.

In La Veleta is the famous 7th street where most of the well-known restaurants and bars in the area are located.

La Veleta is located in a central area of Tulum, close to the town of Tulum and some cenotes, which makes it possible to explore the area by bike. If you bring a car, you can park freely in front of the building.
