poor communication with Agentur

We enjoyed our holiday very much, the cottage itself is warm, light and welcoming with the large wooden deck overlooking the sea - beautiful. For a family it should be known that there is no washing machine. lack of internet proved a problem as the communication with the Agency - so called - support service was extremely poor. There was only a voice message in Swedish and the support service which had this voice message was only available 4 hours per week!!

Das Haus liegt schöner Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Haus war schmutzig. Überall hatte es massenhaft Hundehaare, der Abfall war nicht geleert und der Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft. Ich habe die Mängel sofort gemeldet, wurde aber auf englisch vertröstet.
