We booked this place even with the bad reviews and can confirm we should not have booked. I am a host myself and was very disappointed with the communication and service. We had to direct message the host for check in information, it was not provided the us. Then we had to cancel the book within a few hours of our scheduled arrival and asked for any of our three night stay to be refund and we didn't even get a response. We atleast wanted to be refunded the cleaning fee and the host didn't even have the decency to respond to this very reasonable request.

Check-in ungewöhnlich

Der Check-in hat nur geklappt, weil ich in dem Mehrfamilienhaus einfach einer Person nachgegangen bin und mich sozusagen ins Haus reingeschmuggelt habe. Oben an der Wohnung bin ich auf gut Glück in das gemietete Apartment gegangen und habe dort den Schlüssel gefunden. Habe mich dennoch wie eine Einbrecherin gefühlt. Kontakt zum Gastgeber wäre schön gewesen. Auch ein Link zum Stockholmer Parksystem wäre hilfreich gewesen, denn so, wie die Anzeige formuliert ist, könnte man auch meinen, dass es sich dort um Privatparkplätze handelt. Das Apartment selbst ist gemütlich, sauber und alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben.
