Villa Kostas is ideally situated amidst a small olive groove on a hill side overlooking the bay of st Spyridon, north east Corfu. The area is ideal for families looking for peaceful vacations, relaxing by the swimming pool while being within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The area of St Spyridon has to offer good food at the local restaurants, beaches with golden sand and amazing sunsets at the nearby lagoon. Guests in our area can rent a boat from North Corfu Boats to explore the coast, do horse riding or simply walk around the paths to discover isolated beaches. In the meantime the busy resorts of Kassiopi and Acharavi are 10min drive away where you can find a wider variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

About the host

Our story began in the early 1980s, when our grandfather purchased a piece of land as a dowry gift for our mother. A decade later, our parents built the ground floor, which included a studio and a two-bedroom apartment. Not long after, they added a first floor with the same layout. Over the years, these apartments became a beloved summer retreat, where countless families created unforgettable memories. In 2020, the second generation—brothers Petros and Giorgos—took the reins and began an extensive renovation to modernize the property. The interior was transformed, combining each floor into one spacious apartment. Outdoors, the space was expanded, beautiful stone walls were constructed, and in 2023, the centerpiece—a stunning swimming pool—was added. Today, we proudly continue our family tradition, offering a revitalized haven for you to create new memories.
