The prime location, close to the beach, on the southern bank of the Douro River estuary, makes "Atelier 321" the perfect choice for your vacation.
It is situated near the Porto wine cellars and the "Afurada" marina, as well as being close to golf courses (Fojo and Miramar), nature reserves, and restaurants. Just a few meters from the beaches (great for surfing and kitesurfing) and the main tourist attractions in Porto.
Enjoy the spacious terrace overlooking the Douro River and the proximity to the beach and river promenade.
The space: 130 m² of covered area + 50 m² of terrace.
The apartment features three spacious suites with double beds and private bathrooms. One of the suites also has two single beds and access to the terrace. It also includes a large open space that combines a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guest access: On the street, there are public transport options and electric mobility vehicles to take you to the main tourist attractions in the cities of Porto and Gaia. There are also free parking spaces available outside.
