About this property

Beautifull Casita with stunning views.

Casita Armalia with heated pool (VTAR/AL/00913).

The house is very quietly located on top of a hill with a beautiful 360 degree view of the Armanzola valley and the mountains. The nearby village of Partaloa is within walking distance. The market town of Albox is 5 miles away.
At the moment only the Casita (max 4 pers) is rented. When the casita is rented, the villa is not in use.
The Casita is located to the left of the villa. So total privacy.

The seaside resorts of Vera and Mojacar are 40 to 45 minutes away.
The house is privately situated with beautiful views of the Armanzola valley.
From the house you can take several beautiful walks via a private road and enjoy the exceptional nature.​
The casita has air conditioning.

The casita is on the left of the photo.
Has its own kitchen with sitting area, TV and fiber optic / WiFi internet , also at the pool.

The casita has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a family bathroom.​
The bathroom has a spacious sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
There is a separate utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Outside there is a spacious fenced private swimming pool of 5 by 10 meters with various places where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views.
You can use the pool bar and all outdoor facilities: barbecue, deckchairs ..

Notes on accommodation:

For the time being, only the Casita (max 4 persons) is rented.
Smoke-free home! Pets in consultation .

The house is easy to reach from the main road (800m). The last piece is a private paved concrete driveway closed with an electric gate. A spacious parking for several cars gives you access to the casita.


Casa Armalia has fiber optic Internet 500/500 Mbit/s and WIFI suitable for streaming. A (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast is available.
The reception is done by the house manager who is available if you have any questions.

Wonderful time

We had a great time there. The house was as we were told and everybody was of a great help with whatever we might need. That to tell you the truth wasn't really necessary as everything was very well explained by the information we got from the owner. The place is a very relaxing one with a great swimming pool where you forget about the degrees during the summer time and it is perfectly taken care of as week as the house. There you find all the necessary to spend the vacation time for cooking and being comfortable.

Nice Casita with great private pool in beautiful surrounding!

We are a family with 2 kids (8 and 6 years) and stayed for 16 nights in this lovely casita. The arrival went very smoothly. The housekeeper Dina is very kind. The surrounding and views are great! Around the house it is very quiet. During the night you are perfectly able to see a lot of stars. The pool is great as well! It is very big and clean. During our stay the pool was cleaned and chlorine etc. was topped up by a very nice guy. Several supermarkets are available in 15 min. drive. It is about 45 min. drive to the beach. We had a very pleasant stay and would rent it again. Many thanks Geert and Sonia!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances. Le logement est confortable et conforme à la description. La piscine privée, parfaitement à l’abri des regards, est un vrai atout pour profiter pleinement du séjour en toute tranquillité. L’emplacement est idéal : au calme, loin de l’agitation, tout en restant proche des commodités nécessaires. Un cadre parfait pour des vacances réussies. Je recommande vivement !

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir verreisten mit unserer 5 jährigen Tochter und waren 12 Tage da. Das anwesend und die Umgebung waren einfach nur klasse. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Pool. Alles war wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Die Kommunikation mit Geert und Sonia war wunderbar und die beiden waren immer hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe mit dem Housekeeper war ebenfalls problemlos und flexible. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit voller Ruhe Entspannung und auch viel Spaß. Wir kommen ganz sicher nochmal wieder :)
