CA NA SIONETA - Great finca with private pool and tennis court, perfect for families. Free

Fantastic villa, for 6 people and with private pool, located on the outskirts of Campanet.
The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and seats. Next to the private pool, there is an area with 5 sun loungers for you to get tanned. The chlorine pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of between 1.5 m and 2 m. If you are very active you will for sure enjoy the tennis court and basketball court that you will find right behind the house. There is also a table tennis to spend summer afternoons playing with family and friends. There are rackets and balls available. There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings.

The one-storey house counts with a spacious living area where you can spend your time reading a good book, watching satellite television or just take a nap. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen. The dining area is located in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob. Here you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms. The first one is fitted with a bunk bed, the second one comes with a double bed and the third one also has another double bed and an en suite bathroom. Apart from the en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cabin, there are other two bathrooms, one with a shower and the last with a bathtub. There are 3 fans, a cot and a high chair and central heating for the winter season.

The house is only 3.5 km from the closest village, Campanet, and 6 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. Also, you have to visit the caves of Campanet. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops. Only 16 km from the house, you will reach the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia.

We felt at home

The house was perfect, we had a fantastic vacation. The house had everything. The pool was perfect, the tennis court, the garden. The nearby villages was super. The host was very friendly and helpfull. Made us feel at home.

Perfect stay in a great villa

[+] Had a fantastic stay at the villa for a week. Location was great for us as not too far for Pollensa where we like to spend most of our time. The villa had everything as stated, was very spacious and was very comfortable including air-conditioning and ceiling fans which helped in the hot August heat. The property has a few villas located nearby but is not over looked so plenty of privacy. Kids loved pool and the tennis court was a great bonus. The owner popped in once during our stay to water the plants and was very friendly. Would definitely use again

Good villa with great outdoor facilities

We stayed here primarily for the outdoor facilities (with sporty teenagers) and they were great: played tennis, some football mess-around, table tennis, nice swimming pool. The grounds are nice and spacious in a quiet spot in the countryside, also with some sight of the mountains. The villa also has all amenities you could want and was clean. We really enjoyed the stay and it was good value for money. A few things which could make a good villa great: the indoors (and outdoors) are a little bit tired in places, and some updating - including air conditioning in the bedrooms - would be nice. Some minor things: The gas cooker is connected to a gas cylinder outside. This is no problem but was switched to off when we arrived and we had to figure out. Also, to set-up the TV to English wasn't obvious. Some extra instructions here and there would be useful.

Super Finca.

Der Pool ist groß und sogar bis zu 1,90m tief und immer sauber, da dieser 3 mal die Woche gereinigt wird. Auch der Garten wird 3 mal die Woche gegossen, man muss sich also um nichts kümmern. Spielutensilien für Tennis,Tischtennis und den Pool sind vorhanden, somit steht dem Spaß nichts im Weg. Die Küche und der Essplatz sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. 3 BettZimmer für Erwachsene zu eng. Die Finca liegt in einer ländlichen Gegend in der man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen ist. Vorteil ist dafür aber, dass es sehr ruhig ist, man hört nur ab und zu ein paar Tiere aus der Nachbarschaft. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Finca nur weiter empfehlen,immer wieder gerne.

Super Erholungsurlaub

Wir kommen gerade aus unserem Sommerurlaub mit vier Kindern zwischen 12 und 15 Jahren und den Großeltern aus der schönen Finca Sioneta einem echten Landhaus zurück. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit, die Kinder hatten auf dem großzügigen Grundstück sehr viel Spaß, (Schläger für Tennis und Tischtennis sind vorhanden). Im Haus fehlt es an nichts um den Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie spricht sehr gut deutsch und wir bekamen viele Tips für Ausflüge. In Sa Pobla gibt es drei Supermärkte, einer ist sogar Sonntag Vormittag geöffnet. Zum nächsten Strand in Can Picafort brauchten wir ca. 15 min.. Hier gibt es eine schöne Strandpomenade. Bei einem erneuten Urlaub auf Mallorca freuen wir uns wieder auf diese schöne Unterkunft.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Finca

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Finca, die sehr sauber ist. Im Prinzip ist alles so, wie beschrieben. Alles ok, aber auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz sind klasse und haben uns viel Spaß gemacht. Die große Küche war unsere Zentrale. Die Finca ist Nahe der Autobahn, daher kommt man recht schnell nach Alcudia und an die Strände. Wenn man mit offenen Fenster schläft, hat man das Vergnügen das Landleben zu belauschen, samt einer Heerschar an Hähnen und Hunden. Der Vermieter war sehr schnell und nett im Kontakt, vielen Dank dafür.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Man braucht definitiv ein Auto/Roller um mobil zu sein, da es sich etwas abgelegen befindet, was für uns allerdings überhaupt kein Problem war, da man hier super abschalten konnte. Die Bäder waren sehr sauber. Es gibt einen großen Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und eine Waschmaschine und eigentlich alle Utensilien, die man im Alltag benötigt. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viele Überraschungen. Angefangen vom Pool, einer Outdoor-Dusche um sich nach dem Pool abzubrausen, sehr viele Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten an 3 Seiten der Finca, dem Tennisplatz, einer Tischtennisplatte, Innen und Außen war kochen mit Gas möglich, die Klimaanlage und die Deckenventilatoren waren sehr praktisch. Ein Highlight am Morgen war es, dem Plätschern des Brunnens zu lauschen und am Abend die Poolbeleuchtung einzuschalten. Am liebsten wären wir überhaupt nicht abgereist, da es so schön ruhig und idyllisch war, man mit dem Auto aber trotzdem eine super Anbindung hatte, um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wie hatten eine tolle Woche! Super Pool, Tennisplatz, Tischtennis… morgens zwischen 5 und 7h leider etwas laut… Hähne krähen, Hunde bellen, Schafe mähen… Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - alles da, was man braucht! Innen nicht besonders hübsch, aber dafür ist der Aussenbereich super und das ist für uns im Sommer das Wichtigste!

Schön aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Finca ist von der Autobahn gut erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nicht viel, man kann jedoch fußläufig den Ort Campanet erreichen und dort etwas essen. Die Finca an sich ist schön, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eines der Sofas war kaputt, Steckdosen sind gebrochen, Insektenschutzgitter sind teilweise nicht dicht, die Küchenausstattung müsste mal erneuert werden, Backofen geht nicht richtig zu, Grillrost ist stark verrostet. Durch das Wassersammelbecken neben dem Haus gab es viele Mücken. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und die Grünanlagen sind eigentlich ganz schön, sie müsste aber dringend mal sauber gemacht und ordentlich gepflegt werden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, vorallem wenn man den Preis berücksichtigt.

Lovely Mallorcan villa

We checked in at the airport on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was hardly any wait and the staff were pleasant and helpful. When we arrived at the villa (which wasn't far from the main road and easy to find) we were met by the owner and his wife. They showed us around the villa and left soon after. The villa was clean and comfortable and we'll equipped kitchen wise. They kindly left is wine, fruit and cakes. We choose this one mainly for the outside which has a good sized pool (although maybe not suitable for non swimmers as it is 1.7m to 1.9m deep). There were only two sun loungers but we were happy with them and the reclining chairs and deck chairs - six seats altogether. We especially enjoyed the tennis court and table tennis when it cooled down in the evening and made good use of the barbeque. The gardens were typically Mediterranean with a good choice of sunny and shady spots. There was also a large and presumably deep water reservoir/tank which you would have to keep children away from so I couldn't say it was completely child friendly. The owner came on three mornings to water the plants but didn't intrude. We had a lovely time and would happily stay here again.

gemütliche gepflegte Finca, sehr freundlichenVermieter mit guten deutsch Kenntnissen

Das gemütliche Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was ein Haushalt haben muss. Die Außenanlagen ist groß und gepflegt es ist genügend Platz für 8 Personen allerdings eher für Familien geeignet. Ein großer Pool dessen Wasserqualität drei mal die Woche geprüft wird. Einziger Nachteil der Pool hat nur bis etwa 13 Uhr Sonne somit ist das Wasser etwas kälter. Lebensmittelläden warn mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Wie waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses traumhafte Stück Land nur weiter empfehlen.
