Come and relax in this magnificent recent gîte, classified 3 stars by the Prefecture of the Pyrenees Atlantique, consisting of a new SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE, which can accommodate 6 people. You will benefit from a fully equipped modern kitchen, opening onto a large bright living room. In addition to the convertible living room, the two comfortable bedrooms offer sleeping accommodation with a large bed and 2 bunk beds. You will discover on the partly covered terrace with a Plancha corner, the mountains very close to the Basque Country and more than 1000 m2 of green space to relax in peace and not overlooked. The splendid region will encourage you to laze around and will also allow you to enjoy a variety of activities (visits to monuments and typical villages of the Basque Country, fishing, cycle tourism, hiking in the mountains or on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle)
Description of the accommodation:
3 rooms, 2 bedrooms, for an area of 60 m2. The maximum capacity is 6 people. The kitchen is open to the dining room with convertible living room.

Modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, electric hob and extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine
Flat screen TV in the living room. Bathroom with shower. Independent toilet.
The accommodation is fully air conditioned with a reversible heat pump

1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 2persons (0.90m bed)
