As for the layout of the house, on the ground floor you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and an interior patio, which also features a garden table and chairs. Next is a full bathroom with a spacious shower and glass enclosure, followed by a dining area with a beautiful open kitchen and a Dekton worktop, where you’ll also find a microwave oven, washing machine, range hood, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and sink with a pull-out faucet, as well as a living room furnished with a breakfast bar, dining table, and a comfortable armchair with two accent chairs on a rug. The second floor features a hallway leading to the various bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a balcony overlooking the square from which it takes its name, has two 90-cm beds.
