A warm welcome to this modern and cozy cottage with a beautiful view of Lake Vänern. The cabin breathes fishing cabin on the west coast both exterior and interior. Park easily on the left just after the cabin. At this nice cottage you have all the amenities you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. From the large terrace you enter the cabin and can immediately leave your luggage and shoes in the inviting hall. Straight ahead you will find the cabin's bathroom with both WC, wash basin and shower. When you enter the combined living room and kitchen, you are greeted by a large space with a panoramic window towards the balcony and the lake. The kitchen is in a modern style and has all the equipment you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and much more. Next to the kitchen you will find the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a wide (120cm) single bed and the bedroom on the left a double bed (140cm). Up the stairs from the living room you will find the sleeping loft with a wide (120cm) single bed and a sofa bed for two people. From here in the sleeping loft you have a nice view over the cabin but also out over the greenery. The large balcony that frames the cabin provides plenty of sun during the day. Here you can sit on a beautiful summer evening and look out over the water and enjoy the silence and tranquility that the area offers. 300 meters away there is both a jetty and a boat that is included to borrow (talk to the owners). By sea you can take yourself to various cozy islands, or why not go into Karlstad and enjoy the restaurant and entertainment options there. Around the cottage there are also good hiking trails to discover Hammarö's beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The cottage owners who live on the same plot are very nice and are happy to help if there is anything during your stay. Hammarö offers everything from cozy cafes, a recognized mini golf course to fishing, beautiful swimming, an appreciated golf course and much more. Barely a mile away you can enjoy fish/seafood at Lillängshamnen's Fish Smokehouse. At close driving distance you will find the Kilenegården training area with cross-country skiing, running tracks and much more. Welcome to this gem! Good to know Bed linen and towels are included (one large and one small towel per person). Cleaning is included in the rental price. Guests are responsible for doing the dishes, disposing of trash, and returning furniture to its original place. A rowing boat with motor is included in the rental. The boat is 4.30m long and is approved for 4 people. The boat is equipped with oars and a 6 hp four-stroke engine. A range of life jackets are included, including children's sizes.
