Sugar Hill Suite has 3 x bedrooms with a spacious combined kitchen & living area. Our kitchen provides you with all appliances you would need during your stay. There is a main bathroom with shower / bath combination, toilet & basin, as well as a en-suite with a walk in shower.. This property is equipped with Smart TV's with streaming apps only, you will require your own log in details to use.

There is 1 x parking space at the rear of the property, this can be accessed down the rear alley. There is free on street parking, this is subject to availability and cannot be reserved.

There is a cleaning fee of £100 and a fully refundable damage deposit of £400.

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
