The spacious apartment is completely equipped to welcome our clients and make them feel at home away from home.



We have two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a study, two full bathrooms, one ensuite, a kitchen where you will be able to have everything necessary to cook.

The apartment has WiFi for our customers. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.



Public transport is at street level and the metro is just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighbourhood has supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop directly connects with the train station and the airport.



The city centre, Plaça Catalunya is 20 minutes walking, so we always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic architecture. It will surprise you.



This neighbourhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is trendy among young people for its multicultural atmosphere.



Popular, multicultural and working-class neighbourhood, Poble-sec maintains a popular character and varied culture. Its main arteries are Blai Street, which functions as a small boulevard full of bars and shops alike, and Sortidor Square,



In addition to industrial activity, being located behind the Paral-lel, Poble-sec has also always been associated with the world of entertainment. With emblematic theatres such as El Molino, Apolo, Condal and Victòria, which offer a wide and varied scenic offer, cultural life has driven a new gastronomic offer in the neighbourhood.



We recommend moving on foot or by public transport. You can also go to the city centre by bicycle or electric motorbike.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:
• Towels, sheets and toilet paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included.
• Towels: Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged.
• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
• Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
• Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.
• Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of €19.95 will apply.
• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.
• Parties and meetings: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).
• Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
