This rural house is an Andalusian farmhouse from the early 19th century, listed in the register of buildings of the Junta de Andalucía and published in the book "Cortijos y lagares de la provincia de Cádiz", restored, preserving the traditional aroma but with all the modern comforts and eco-sustainable.

This wonderful rural house has a courtyard around which the building is organised: dwellings, store rooms, barn, stables, ..... All of this has been lovingly restored, respecting the essence of the old.

A 400 m² house with 5 double rooms with bathroom, a spectacular double-height entrance hall, a traditional kitchen-dining room with a wood-burning cooker and a spacious and comfortable lounge with a billiard table. A WIFI network that will bring you back to civilisation in an instant... if necessary.

The exteriors
A set of gardens with a salt water swimming pool of 12×6 meters form a bubble between the pasture from where you can sunbathe with a refreshing drink while watching the animals that run free on the farm, or simply enjoy one of the most wonderful sunsets in the area. The peace is enjoyed all the way to the horizon.
