Check in

The check in process completely spoilt a surprise birthday as we were given the wrong codes to access the property.

Thank you for your review Beverley, we hope you enjoyed the apartments and had a good time regardless of the issue with the check in codes. These had just been changed and our system hadn't updated them in time for your booking. This has now been rectified in our system and as agreed we will cover the cost of the cake for your birthday party. Kind regards The team at Yorcation
