6 person holiday home in SÖLVESBORG-By Traum

Along the village road and close to Sandviken's long beach on the southwest side of Listerlandet is this 1-storey villa with a basement from the 70s. There is plenty of space for both big and small with a total of 3 bedrooms. From the spacious hall you reach all the rooms in the house. The bright living room, which is located at an angle and has both a dining table and a sofa group that invites you to get together. The fully equipped kitchen at the back of the house has everything you need for cooking, but only a refrigerator, no freezer or freezer compartment. The kitchen also has a furnished area with a kitchen sofa, chairs and table. In addition, with your first cup of coffee of the day in hand, you can easily go out through the balcony door from the kitchen to the large, private garden in the east to watch a beautiful sunrise. The bathroom, which is adjacent to the bedrooms, has a toilet, washbasin and shower. In the hall by the stairs down to the basement there is a gate for child safety. Next to the entrance door on the front of the house there is the opportunity to sit facing south and enjoy your leisure time. Next to that you will also find the glazed outdoor room which has a wall left from an older farm building that was on the site before this house was built. The outdoor room is very charmingly decorated with all the fishing equipment as props. Here you can also have dinner directly from the grill and enjoy the sunset in the company of good friends. There is space for 2 cars on the driveway of the site but it is also possible to park along the road in front of the house. There are several nature reserves within walking distance to visit in the area. For example, Sillnäs with its lighthouse at the far end of a cape in Hanöbukten. A 30-minute bike ride will easily take you to Hällevik to buy fish in Rökeriet or enjoy a meal at Dagmars hamnkrog. From neighboring Nogersund you can go on a day trip by boat to beautiful Hanö. A similar trip in the opposite direction takes you via Sölvesborgsbron, a pedestrian and cycle path, to Glass & Sillabåten in the centre of Sölvesborg. For music lovers, the "Swedenrock Festival" is a quarter of a mile away by car in early June.
