Hi Valerie, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found me available during your stay. I do want to add some context to a few of the points mentioned. As you were aware at the time, there was an unexpected drainage issue shortly before your arrival, for which I arranged an emergency plumbing team immediately. Unfortunately, this did result in a temporary smell after the repair, which was outside of our control and resolved as quickly as possible. The hair noted in the shower was caused by the plumbing backflow that occurred after the professional cleaners had finished and just before you arrived. I appreciate that this was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience. Regarding the dishwasher, it contained clean dishes that should have been put away by the cleaners — an oversight on their part, for which I apologise. As for the kitchen drawers, this is a matter of personal preference, and you are the first guest to raise this in over 30 five-star reviews.
