About this property
La Pimperina in Collina
The apartment is accessed via an outdoor flight of stairs; the entrance opens into a small living room with a sofa and TV, and an open-concept space featuring a modern, very well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower, and on the ground floor, a double bedroom with in-room air conditioning. Very romantic, ideal for couples. In front of the entrance staircase is a small garden where you can sit and enjoy the city view. Parking is not private but is free in front of the house, which is very convenient. The main town, with all amenities and excellent restaurants, is just 2 km away.
