Üble Kommunikation, schlechter Start und nicht gereinigte Unterkunft
Im Vorfeld hatten wir die Agentur Flatguest mehrmals mit Fragen angeschrieben, nie erhielten wir eine Antwort. Auch wurde die Anzahlung nicht termingerecht abgebucht und auch der volle Preis einige Tage vorher nicht. Da wir CHF als Heimwährung hatten und es eine Zinssenkung gab mussten wir aufgrund des Wechselkurses 200 Eur mehr bezahlen. Als wir dann in die Wohnung kamen war sie nicht mal geputzt, die Putzsachen standen zwar dort, aber es war dreckig, Bettwäsche noch vom Vormieter, dreckige Badtücher ect. Als wir versuchten anzurufen ging die Nr. nicht und auf Whatsapp erhielten wir einen auto-reply sinngemäss: es ist 18.30 Uhr, wir sind nicht mehr im Office. Irgendjemand schrieb dann doch zurück, dass das inakzeptabel sei. Wir machten uns dann auf und davon und als wir unterwegs waren schrieb nochmals jemand dass die Putzequipe jetzt geputzt werde, was dann auch der Fall war. Die Lage des Objekt ist sehr toll und die Wasserversorgung funktionierte auch super. WLAN meist mit Unterbrüchen. Die Wohnung hat dringenden Renovationsbedarf und ist ziemlich schmudelig. Wir würden insbesondere wegen der Argentur nicht nochmals dort hin gehen.
