The property was lovely -- centrally located, very clean. Riccardo was extremely helpful, going so far as to have a list of recommended restaurants ready for us. Highly recommended.

Modena 4 night stay

Riccardo is an absolutely wonderful host. He was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The villa was exceptionally beautiful and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we return to Modena, we hope to stay here again.
