This charming, spacious and comfortable villa is ideally located between Alcudia and Pollença, just a few minutes away by car. It is the ideal place for a luxurious and comfortable holiday.
The villa has all the modern comforts and services, maintaining the original beauty and charm with its terracotta floors, exposed beams and typical furniture.
The house is spread over one floor, right at the entrance there is a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a television, next to the living room is the large fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and a terrace for breakfast. The three bedrooms are spacious and bright, two with single beds and one double, have 2 independent bathrooms and access to the garden.
Outside we have a terrace with several sofas and a table to eat and enjoy a nice family meal outdoors on the large covered barbecue. The garden that surrounds the entire lawned pool is characterized by its 6m x 4m pool, next to which we have comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe while the little ones have fun.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are extra. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from his duty of care. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In accommodations where it is possible to place an extra bed, subject to availability, the cost is €15 per person per day.
Note 3. If late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost is €50 until 1 pm and €90 until 4 pm.
Note 4. Electricity is not included in the price, the cost is 0.30€/Kw to be paid on the day of departure.
Note 5. The property has central heating, it costs €35/day if you need this service.
