Beautiful home in Birdham, minutes to the beach

Great place for families, couples, or friends to come and stay.
3 bedroom’s, all with double beds and built in wardrobes, one with ensuite bathroom.
On request I can put a single bed in the conservatory for a 7th guest (for an additional charge) you can then move the mattress and bedding into the snug at night.
Please let me know in advance if you need this.

Relax at the large dining room table in the open plan kitchen.
Or use the BBQ in the garden and eat on one of the patio areas.
The house is perfectly placed between the Blue Flag beach of West Wittering and the City of Chichester. Occasionally the hosts will be at The Lodge at the rear of the house. Their access is via the side gate of the house, where an alleyway leads to their private garden. They park their cars in the parking spaces at the front of the property by the roadside hedge and trees please do not park in these 2 spaces. There is plenty of room for you to park 2 or 3 cars in front of the house.
