This delightful villa, which can accommodate up to four guests, is situated in the Kishla neighbourhood of Kalkan. The addition of a sofa bed in the lounge area allows for a fifth guest if necessary. Constructed with stone and boasting a vaulted ceiling, the villa's airy and cool ambiance is particularly appreciated during the high season. The property is just 400 metres from the sea, making it an excellent option for guests who enjoy swimming in the sea. For those who prefer beach clubs, several are within walking distance from the villa, complete with restaurants and sunbathing amenities.

While the villa is 2 km from the centre of Kalkan, a local grocer's shop is only 150 metres away, and two superb restaurants are within easy walking distance. Since there is no public transportation to Kishla, most visitors choose to rent a car or use the water taxi or local taxi service.

The villa's one-level accommodation is accessed via a flight of stairs from the parking space in front. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi internet, and a parking space in front of the property.

Ground Floor:

The villa features a spacious and light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with all the amenities required for self-catering, including a fridge, oven, hob, dish washer, microwave, kettle, toasted sandwich maker, and water dispenser. The lounge area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa bed, coffee table, and large flat-screen TV. A dining table for six is located near the kitchen area, enjoying the same stunning views of the sea through the full height sliding glass doors. A communal cloakroom is also accessible from the living space.

The villa features two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds, both Both bedrooms are located at the back of the property, providing a cool and comfortable environment for sleeping. with en-suite shower rooms, wardrobes, wall mirrors with shelves, and rear view garden views.

The villa's pool terrace enjoys uninterrupted sea views and is equipped with comfortable seating for guests to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets across the bay. Additionally, there is a table for four for al fresco dining and a large jacuzzi bath for outdoor fun. The infinity edge pool measures 6.15 x 4.5 metres, is 1.55 metres deep, and has corner Roman steps for entry. Four sunbeds with side tables, a large parasol, and a two-seater sofa at the terrace edge complete the furnishings for maximum poolside enjoyment. With screens on either side of the pool, the pool and pool terrace are entirely secluded, making it an excellent choice for those who desire privacy, such as honeymoon couples.
