This family house in the fishing village of Njivice on the island of Krk offers comfort and proximity to the sea. Located only 250 meters from the nearest beach and 700 meters from the center of Njivica, the house contains two spacious apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors. Apartment Jasna 1 on the 1st floor has two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, a bathroom, and an additional toilet. Each room has a small private balcony, and the living room leads to a larger balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Equipped with a TV, wireless internet, and air conditioning, this apartment provides perfect accommodation. In the yard of the house, guests can enjoy a shared barbecue with a terrace for hanging out with family and friends. Parking is available in front of the house. Pets are not allowed in this house.

Glorious residence!

We had a great stay. The hosts are awesome and the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The house has a great view and is close to the beaches and restaurants.

Brilliant service!

Bellissimo alloggio per visitare l'isola di krk. La vista dal balcone era mozzafiato. Gli spazi interni ed esterni erano molto vivibili. Inoltre la spiaggia di sassi era molto vicina. Siamo stati benissimo
