A real gem right next to the acropolis museum awaits all the ambitious visitors to Athens!



Recently renovated (May 2023) this 2 bedroom apartment offers the perfect stay as it is in a prime location. Next to it is the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis itself is a 2 minute walk. Honestly, this is one of the hidden gems of Athens and I am happy to introduce it for the very first time in the summer of 2023!!!



Among others there is a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.



You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided.



Acropolis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.



The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you hot water 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed top quality sheets. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single one of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

This apartment is in a fabulous location for seeing all the historic locations in Athens. We walked everywhere! There is a wonderful little sweet shop/bakery right next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. The bath towels are large and soft. The shower has great water pressure (although there is not a shower head holder on the wall).We did not really use the small kitchen very much, but there is a useful microwave and a good sized refrigerator with freezer. The beds were comfortable and the pillows are very fluffy. We would recommend this apartment.

What a great place for our stay in Athens. Everything was in short walking distance from food to shopping and the Acropolis. They were able to arrange transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship terminal with ease. You wont be disappointed!

Definitely a great location. It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping area and the Acropolis. The host George is very helpful and very quick to reply. He helped us with booking car transfers as well. I wish the place had two bathrooms though. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Great location, but as bare bones as you can get

Ideal location, but no safe for your passports, barely any linens, or toilet paper, not even enough towels for 3 people even though they personally saw there were 3 of us.

Fantastic location. The Acropolis Museum is right across the street. Very close to the metro station, Plaka, and south entrance of the Acropolis. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen space has lots of dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils and pots and pans. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a perfect location

A nice place to stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Athens. Clean, safe, air conditioned, and cute. It is on a street that can be busy during peak visiting hours at the Acropolis Museum, but it is quiet at night. Directly below the apartment is a sweet shop and a fruit stand. The apartment is within walking distance of everything you could want to see in Athens and great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. My only criticism is that you have to shower very. quickly because the hot water heater for the apartment is small and the warm water runs out fast. But this would not stop me from returning to this lovely place.

Could not have been happier with our stay in Athens. George made the entire process easy and seamless. After learning George offered transfers and private drivers, I took advantage of this 'one stop shop' and was able to enjoy our trip knowing we were well taken care of. We were picked up at the airport by John and brought to the apartment. He walked us through everything we needed to know and allowed us to keep our luggage onsite (even though were arrived hours prior to check-in). The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 - 2 spacious bedrooms and a pull out sofa. Plaka is a fantastic area with restaurants, shops and great night life. We arranged 3 tours through George and were able to see all that Athens had to offer. We again used his services to get to and from the port and back to the airport. Communiation was consistent and thorough. I can not recommend this property and its owner more enthusiastically.

schönes Appartment, gute Lage

Das Appartment ist hell und geräumig und wir haben uns als Familie (fünf Personen) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem und alles war sauber. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe und man kann das Zentrum von hier aus zu Fuß erkunden. Trotz zentraler Lage ist die Straße - vor allem abends - nicht so laut. Meno als Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat bei Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.
