At Monte do Areeiro, every season offers a different way to experience the countryside.

In summer, the days invite you to enjoy a swim in the pool overlooking the landscape, relax outdoors and make the most of peaceful late afternoons. In winter, the house becomes a cosy retreat, perfect for enjoying the quiet of the countryside, the green surroundings and the comfort of stepping away from everyday life.

Casa da Perdiz is one of the three houses at Monte do Areeiro — Perdiz, Coelho and Javali — set within a rural estate where nature is always present. When you wake up, you can look out over the countryside, listen to the birds and enjoy the presence of the horses and other animals on the estate.

The house has two bedrooms: one suite with two single beds and a second bedroom, also with two single beds and a bathroom. The living room provides all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay and includes a double sofa bed.

An extra bed can also be provided upon request, allowing the house to accommodate up to 7 guests.

One of the highlights of Casa da Perdiz is its panoramic window, which extends the living room towards the landscape and provides direct access to a spacious terrace.

This is where the experience becomes particularly special: enjoy breakfast overlooking the countryside, relax during the afternoon or simply take in the peace and quiet of Monte do Areeiro.

At the end of the day, the terrace becomes one of the most special places on the estate. Watching the sun set over the cork oak woodland, with the open landscape stretching out in front of you, is one of the best ways to end the day at Monte do Areeiro.

During the warmer months, the swimming pool, surrounded by the rural landscape, invites you to spend your days outdoors, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the views.

As the cooler months arrive, the experience takes on a different pace: walks around the estate, peace and quiet, nature, and the comfort of returning to a warm and welcoming house.
