Great location and very clean

Perfect for four adults on a girls ski trip. Excellent location and the use of a group shuttle made things extra easy. Condo was very clean and as advertised. Beds were comfortable and main living areas were plenty big enough. We hope to book again for a future trip.

Great ski trip location

The condo is perfect for 3-4 people. Great location, the bus picks you up at the front door drops you at the mountain, about 5 minutes. The outdoor hot tub and pool are bliss after a day on the slopes. we got some snow while sitting out there one afternoon which made it that much better.

Nice convenient place to stay

Over all this stay was good. Had everything we needed and in a good location. I would suggest getting rid of the stinky pillows in the master bedroom closet. Needs a little updating, carpet needs changed.

Perfect Location

Condo was just as advertised. Retretia was easy to deal with and brought us a couple of extra fans when we requested. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location...easy access to core trail, Mt Werner and a quick bike ride or drive Downtown.

Convenient location and comfortable

First time staying at Canyon Creek. Condo was well stocked with most everything we needed. It’s been well cared for. Location was just right. Beds were comfortable with heavy comforters. Pillow variety was limited to feathers. Front desk was super helpful. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Wish we had booked again for March. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo, amenities & location, but…

Everything was great, except the condo had a smell of blown-in greasy spoon kitchen. I pointed out to the crew and they immediately did an ozone treatment, which helped a lot, but the odor remained. Guessing the filters on the exhaust fan should be cleaned. Loved the condo, the location, hot tub & pool, & covered parking. Would stay there again.

Canyon creek condo

No a/c. Dirt, food, crayons in between the couch cushions. Pool was filthy. One of the twin beds was broken or just a bad mattress. But the ice maker worked great. Need to take a little more time in cleaning the condo

The master king bed was great for sleeping and the condo was generally roomy and comfortable. Great bathrooms and good storage space. Kitchen is well equipped except there were no coffee filters that fit the coffee pot (cone shape needed but round ones provided were too small and did not fit.). The TV was pretty worthless with remotes that didn't do anything (even after the management company changed the batteries), no instructions for TV access (channels etc) and Netflix would not load any movies for us after about 5PM. (Limited band width or inadequate equipment - not sure why) WIFI was good for general internet access on phone and tablet.

Oct 2019 stay

The condo was lovely, the challenge was the management company. We got to the property at 5:15 and the front desk was closed. Following the instructions from the email we went to the management office to try and check-in, but the instructions were out of date. We got a hold of security about an hour later and they gave us the instructions to get into the condo. The management company offered their apologies, but if the security company had not come through I don't think we could have gotten into the condo until the following day.

everything we needed for a family vacation

This is our second time staying in this condo. Our last was in the summer . We chose this place again because the location is so convenient. Free and regular ( every 5-10 minutes) shuttle to slopes as well as downtown. We hit the City market our first day there and stock up on breakfast and dinner food. Everything you need to make your own meals (and save money!) is in the well appointed kitchen. But the restaurants downtown are worth a trip to Steamboat on their own! The front desk is really helpful for restaurant and side trip advice. Our kids love the heated pool and mama loves the hot tub . We feel like we got a really good deal.

Canyon Creek has it all

The location is top notch. the shuttle service comes by every 15 minutes to go to the gondola. you can walk there easily if not carrying skis. the on call shuttle came quickly when we asked to go to City Market or downtown. the hot tub is very close to the condo. this condo is literally steps away from the shuttle stop and main office and pool. Furnishings are good and comfortable. we rented skis by the gondola so walking was easy in the morning and afternoon. Local restaurants are within walking distance as well as a small store(Wild Plum) for misc. items. Go to City Market for big shopping. Be sure to check out the dining guide for places to eat while there is not eating out. Have a great time in Steamboat.
