We are in love with Bulgaria its climate, people, traditions and culture. We have been living and working in Bulgaria since 2004. We run the company in Bulgaria and Poland and our staff and associates are an international team. We are already renting about 300 flats.

The Gerber 2 complex is located on the second coastline of Sunny Beach, not far from the sandy beach and Cacao Beach. The complex has a swimming pool, pool loungers , a children's playground and a garden. Close to the complex are several restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops The town centre is only about 10 minutes away. A bus stop is a short distance from the complex. Sunny Beach is Bulgaria's largest and by far the most popular Black Sea resort situated on a picturesque bay, sheltered to the north by Bulgaria's longest mountain range, Stara Planina. The sandy coastline of the resort stretches for 8 km and is 30 to 60 m wide. The beach is covered with fine golden sand. In the evening, the Sunny Beach resort provides an exceptionally rich entertainment offer. Also, everyone can find a comfortable opportunity to enjoy various water sports in the local resort.In the immediate vicinity of Sunny Beach and very close to Gerber 2 is Nessebar - a charming historic town, very different from the tourist resorts of Bulgaria. The old town of Nessebar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Both families with children and couples will find themselves perfectly at the Gerber 2 complex and have a wonderful time. The spacious two-storey studio C140 in the intimate Gerber 2 complex is a perfect choice for those who appreciate relaxing in a comfortable environment. The balcony offers views of the surrounding area. It will be the perfect place to spend an evening with a glass of wine or a cup of aromatic coffee in the morning. The flat consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom which is the 2nd level of the flat and a bathroom.The modernly furnished flat is suitable for 4 adults or a family with two children and has all the amenities for relaxation after an eventful day in Sunny Beach. Guests have a double double bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed at their disposal. During a holiday with children, a flat-screen TV will certainly come in handy to pass the time with the little ones. The flat is air-conditioned, which gives respite from the Black Sea heat. A great advantage of the flat is that it is equipped with a washing machine, which will make long-term stays much more pleasant.Guests can make use of a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing them to prepare their own meals. In addition, an electric kettle and a hob are available. The bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
