About this property

Sophisticated studio and all prepared in the smallest details for vacation rental to receive you with great comfort. Located next to the beach in Itaparica, close to all facilities, bakeries, restaurants, gym, bars, ice cream parlors, 3 supermarkets (5 min), shopping malls, beauty salons, etc. The Studio has 1 covered parking space available to guests.

It is necessary to send the data of all guests with full name + document, 24 hours before check-in, so that the stay in the condominium can be registered. Note: we do not allow smoking inside our accommodation.

The Studio is located on the 5th floor, which allows a good breathtaking view of the city, mountain and neighborhood, in addition to the incredible ventilation that the location provides. Both the bedroom and living room have air conditioning, the kitchen is complete with microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, electric oven, blender, placemat, wine glasses, glasses, pans, dishes, all cutlery and other utensils, in addition to providing basic items such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar and others. The accommodation also has a washing machine and bed and bath linen included, smart TV and iron.

I keep in touch with guests from the beginning of the reservation, until the moment of checkout, for assistance with the accommodation and region. I have a team prepared to meet any demand that may arise during your stay.
