This property was horrible - not functional and terrible management. the power kept going off so we could not turn on lights, use the kitchen or any appliances. No wifi. Not to mention that air conditioning did not work and it was sweltering hot. Terrible experience. Further communication from “wonderful Italy” was horrible. Response time terrible … hours to respond to a text only to power issue with no resolve in sweltering heat. All done over text and with mixed in auto texts they were completely out of context. No phone call or attempt to talk to us. Delivered one fan 35 hours later (with no advise that they were doing so perhaps avoiding human contact!! ).. that you couldn’t even use because there was No power! We had run down 2 flights of stairs to main power panel to switch on every 1/2 hour. Overnight power would turn off and wake up in a sweat just to run downstairs in the middle of the night to flip the switch on the panel. The area was sketchy with men hanging out just outside our windows all night smoking and drinking. will never book a property managed this company. I would advise Expedia to not even list them as an option.
