The apartment is modern and spacious, everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels for everyone and a few small welcome packs which was a thoughtful idea so you don’t have to purchase large packs of things over there that you’ll never get to use up. Other places should take note of this. The apartment is centrally located and all the main visitor destinations are within walking distance. There is also a tram station nearby which can save some time and effort, especially in the heat.We had a small issue with the fridge whilst we were. However, I cannot praise the Genteel Home team highly enough for the way they handled it. Communication was excellent and they were very understanding and helpful.I can definitely recommend staying at this apartment and if we visit Seville again we will certainly look to stay here again.

Great location and fab place

The place was very clean and beautiful! The interior design was very homey and warm. The location was so close to stepping into restaurants and shops. The bedrooms were extremely quiet. Everything was above and beyond expectation! Thank you for the cold water!

Luxury in Seville

Our place was a wonderful surprise. So much room and very, very clean. Location put us right in the middle of everything. My only regret, I wish I could read Spanish. The books made this place a top library. Highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful! I need to give Genteel Home management team a big round of applause. Prior to arriving they sent a digital package containing parking maps, garbage disposal locations, appliance information, nearby attractions, restaurants, hospital, other medical facilities. Truly everything you might need. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. Besides a washer there was also a dryer which is an unusual bonus. The apartment is near the sites we wanted, restaurants, and shopping. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. The one and only negative I would mention is that if you book it, note that the entry is off the street in an alcove and was initially difficult to locate. Turn into the alcove around the corner from the "Orange Store". Marco met us and was fabulous. While 2 of us meet Marco the rest of our group was navigating tight streets in a 7 passenger van. He helped find a nearby parking garage that had the height clearance we needed.
