Villa Grace is a large, renovated apartment located in a stately villa built in the early 1900s.

It is about 500 metres, a 7-minute walk, from the central train station for the Cinque Terre.

The apartment features very spacious rooms with high ceilings and comfortable bedrooms. The furnishings were purchased for the 2023 season, including the kitchen, the sleeper sofa, the terrace furnishings, and the TVs.

Sleeping accommodation is divided between two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be separated into two single beds; the living room features a French-style sofa bed and a one-and-a-half-berth sofa bed.

There are only 6 steps from street level to the apartment. Parking is very convenient, even for large cars, and is secured by an electric gate operated by remote control.
The area is very quiet and well-served (shops, supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, bus).
There are several green spaces nearby, and the apartment is completely quiet.

Free private parking allows you to enjoy the convenience of a car for day trips to the most famous destinations, all reachable in less than 20 minutes (Portovenere, Lerici, Riomaggiore, and Manarola in the Cinque Terre).
