If the grill is not left clean, a $50 charge will be taken from the security deposit this is the fee we are charged for grill cleaning by housekeeper.

Any evidence of smoking found by housekeeping anywhere on the property incurs a $500 charge.

If furniture is moved and not replaced, a $100 fee will be incurred, as housekeeping needs to pay additional people to move it back.

We loved this house and the views! We had some issues initially that were taken care of swiftly! Property owner is kind and quickly responds. I had lots of questions because of potential weather and she was so very helpful. Love the location…close to the airport. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Exuma. The house and property were nicer than the pictures! The property owner was so responsive and we loved the central location so we could explore both sides of the island. The power did go out a couple of times but it comes back on and property owner said they are getting a backup generator. Honestly didn’t really affect us. Only suggestion would be a couple more beach chairs but other than that we would come here again in a heartbeat!!!

Perfect View

This house is immaculate and well appointed. The view from the living room, primary suite and kitchen are of the stunning Exuma blue waters. The pool was sparkling and the walk over the rocks to get down on the beach was very doable for us sixty somethings. The beds and linens are very nice quality and comfortable. Plenty of soft towels and beautiful tile bathrooms. A very short drive from the airport and it was easy to turn in and out of the street to go shopping, exploring or eating. We will be back!

Family getaway

The property was beautiful, spacious clean and well equipped for family of 7. Enjoyed the beach and toys and outdoor shower made cleanup easy. Location was centrally located and quiet. There were callenges with AC units not cooling properly and internet not always reliable. Overall and enjoyable stay.

Family Getaway

I was in charge of planning a family vacation and this house was absolutely perfect for all of us. My family couldn’t get over the location, how nice the house was and the beautiful beach right in the backyard. The location was in the middle for going either direction of the island. I had contacted the owner while staying and she was so quick to respond. I definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful stay!

Highly recommend this house. Area is super quiet and we felt safe the entire stay. Nothing beats the gorgeous water at this property! House has everything you need! Be advised there are rocks immediately out back that need to be climbed to reach the beach, which is gorgeous. Pack lightly, we overpacked! Most places are super casual. Pack snacks as groceries are pricey! Many restaurants close early.

Paradise found

I spent 3 nights at Coconut Breeze with my two (late 20s) children and their partners. The 3 BR and 3 BA home didn’t disappoint. The views are spectacular, the home is clean and well appointed and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The waffle robes were an unexpected treat. The first night we pulled out the lounge chairs and gazed up at the stars- without light pollution and with the sound of the surf in the background - it was magical.

Coconut Breeze is a Winner

We were a group of 3 couples and had a wonderful week at Coconut Breeze. The layout of this house is perfect with wonderful gathering space and spacious bedrooms. The view takes your breadth away when you open the front door and look out thru the sliding doors at the back of the house. The house was very clean and well stocked with linens and essentials. We cooked in a couple of nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We will definitely be back!!

Trip we were dreaming of!!

Coconut Breeze was the perfect rental for the Bahama vacation we were dreaming of. House was amazing. Pictures in listing are accurate, but house was better than we expected. Clean, roomy, comfortable and amazing views and property. Host was perfect and very helpful in helping with all of our needs. Property is 5 min from airport and allowed for perfect center point for all of our adventures on the island!!! We had 3 teenage boys with the wife and I, and everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation this house provided. Host informed us of everything we needed to know, gave us all the information we needed to enjoy the area and the house provided the perfectly appointed kitchen to cook from. We would recommend this rental to anyone!!! It was a Dream Vacation, thank you so very much!!!

Great Week at Coconut Breeze

We spent a week at Coconut Breeze during the first week of January. The house was amazing! I can't say enough good things about it.There was more than enough space for five of us. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master with the large walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything needed to cook most meals and has a great layout. The house is located at the end of a street that is not busy at all so there is little to no traffic. The views of the ocean are incredible. The swimming pool is awesome and looks cool at night all lit up. The beach is a mile and half long and was never crowded during our stay.Sidney was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all of our questions, and gave us some good recommendations. She was a fantastic host. Check in and check out were very easy. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.I would highly recommend this property for a stay on Exuma. It's in a great location, not far from Georgetown, and a short drive from two grocery stores. It was nice being in the central part of the island because driving to either Great Exuma Point or Little Exuma only took about a half hour or so. It was also helpful to have such a short drive to the airport.

This house is even better in person! So beautiful and so clean. Absolutely loved staying here, very glad we chose this house. Very comfortable and the location is central to everything! Very well stocked with everything you need! I already miss having my coffee on the back porch watching the sun rise! The beach out back is great, we swam everyday. Can’t wait to return someday!

30th Anniversary trip

Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!

Coconut Breeze

This is an amazing house rental. The furniture is comfortable for lounging around the house after a long day, and the outdoor furniture is perfect for that too. The hammock is very relaxing. The bedroom with bunks and a king bed is perfect for kids to share a bedroom or for parents with small children who are able to be in bunks but want their parents in the room with them. The kitchen space is large and not crowded, perfect for gathering around and enjoying snacks, drinks, or a meal. The beach in front of the house is perfect for just hanging out and watching the waves. there’s even some kayaks and paddle boards, if the waves aren’t too rough. Overall, a very spacious and enjoyable place to stay during your trip to Exuma.

Stunning Views, Fun For All Ages

Coconut Breeze was everything we could have hoped for! The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property!

Fantastic location on the water in Exuma

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Breeze. The home is just fantastic, clean, beautiful, everything we wanted and hoped for in a VRBO in the Bahamas. The furnishings are great, 3 large bedrooms. But the view out the back of the house of the bay between Exuma and the little Cay was fantastic. There was very little beach directly behind the house except at low tide, but there is a mile of beach to the south of the house, so the small beach at the house was no issue at all. The view between the palm trees was a perfect frame for looking out at the crystal clear Exuma water. Being close to the airport and Georgetown to the south was nice as we had very short drives to anywhere we wanted to explore on the island. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The house had all the kitchen stuff needed for say at home meals. The food in Exuma is expensive, but eating at home most of the time still saves money over eating out. We would stay at Coconut Breeze again!

We have spent 2 years falling more in love with Exuma as we have built this beach house.

We've launched many adventures from this house, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, kiteboarding, boating and more.

Why they chose this property

When looking at properties, we chose this location because of the protection offered by Duck Cay approximately 2 miles out from the beach. We found that it generally made for a bit calmer water for our younger family members and guests. It was the most beautiful water we'd ever seen.

What makes this property unique

This beach house was built with concrete blocks, filled with concrete and hurricane windows designed to be here for decades.
There are breathtaking views from the Master Bedroom, Great Room and Kitchen/Dining.
Lots of space to sit outside and relax either near the water or near the house....
We have found this to be one of the most relaxing places we've ever been and hope you find the same.
