This wonderful estate is located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, in a spacious rural area where you can relax and disconnect from the daily grind. Every corner retains the Mallorcan charm, making it a place full of personality. A great opportunity to enjoy a magical vacation on the island.

The property is situated 10 minutes away from Llucmajor, where you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. On Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, you can enjoy the local market, and the famous Es Trenc beach is just 20 km away. The capital, Palma, is only 20 km away as well. Inland, the villages of Randa and Algaida are about a 10-minute drive away.

Climate control:

- Regarding the climate control system, the house only has oil heating for the colder months. During the hotter months, fans can be provided if necessary.

- Due to its rural location, you may hear barking from some neighboring dogs during your stay. It is also possible to occasionally hear some low-level noise from the Llucmajor motorcycle circuit, located 1200 meters from the estate.
