A very spacious and sunny 2/3 double bedroom south facing garden maisonette. Only a few minutes walk from Hove station, central Hove George Street shopping area and the seafront. A south facing balcony leads down to a sunny private garden. Two newly furnished large double bedrooms with king sized beds, ample storage and workspace. Plus a stunning lounge with sky TV and all the sports channels. The sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed. A lovely dining room that leads into large kitchen.
This is a town house divided into a basement flat and a top floor maisonette.
Recently totally refurbished the maisonette consists of a lounge, dining room leading onto a kitchen , which then leads to a balcony, then down the steps to an enclosed South Facing garden. The Top Floor has 2 large double bedrooms and an enormous bathroom with walk in shower. There is a second separate toilet near the dining room.
