The house is completely newly renovated and is located in an attractive area with walking distance to swimming and shopping centers. There is also a lovely plot of land next to the gable of the house, which is next to a green area, free parking in the area belonging to the house. Good bus connection to the center and all the experiences that can be found in Gothenburg. Enjoy the tranquility when sea and bath. You have a very social accommodation with a large patio at the front and a glazed conservatory at the gable and a balcony that can be reached from the living room.
