About this property
Seclusion by a riverside garden on Two Moors Way
At the foot of rolling hills of the mid-Devon country, The Mill is a 16th century longhouse with a pretty, secluded garden by the quiet waters of the Little Dart.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of whole wing of house with sitting room, dining room and upstairs bedroom. Beautiful river walks with Two Moors Way 1 min away. Exmoor is 15 minutes, beaches of north Devon an hour.
Super breakfasts, eggs courtesy of my hens. Utter peace and quiet.
Dog, cats and ducks part of household.
The space
As above, this wing of the house is reserved for guests, who also have their own private terrace by their own entrance. Please note that the bathroom is downstairs (a short flight of oak stairs). Small fridge provided.

Easy parking in the drive.
Other things to note
Breakfast is scrambled egg from my hens, with smoked salmon, home-made and Dorset Cereals. This is at an additional cost so please confirm. Dinner is also available by arrangement.
