This apartment is conveniently located in Vila Nova de Famalicão and can easily accommodate up to six people. It has an outside area with BBQ.

The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sofa bed and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric plate, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedrooms have queen-sized beds and hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

A laundry room is available on the basement level of the building and comes with a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Vila Nova de Famalicão, situated in Portugal, is a delightful town renowned for its captivating history, lively culture, and scenic surroundings. The area gained fame for its flourishing textile industry and remains a manufacturing hub. Explorers can immerse themselves in the town's historical centre, admiring its splendid architecture and visiting prominent landmarks such as the Church of São Miguel and Casa do Território. Museums like the Museum of Textile and Industry and the Camilo Castelo Branco Museum offer insightful experiences. The best time to plan a visit is during the summer when the weather is pleasant, and the town hosts numerous festivals. Conveniently, Vila Nova de Famalicão is just a 20-minute drive from Braga and approximately 40 minutes from Porto, making it an ideal destination for day trips from both cities.

The property can be accessed easily by private transport.

- Braga is 33-minutes away by car and is 20.5km away from Vila Nova de Famalicão
- Porto City is 34-minutes away by car and is 36.9km from Vila Nova de Famalicão

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
