Nice, spacious and very bright 72 sqm apartment, renovated in 2010 on the first floor of a building located close to the centre of the city and 200 m from the beach (5 min walk).
The apartment is located in a quiet street, across from a public garden (playground), close to the Casino, the cinema and the multimedia library. Close to the shopping street, a bakery is at the foot of the building. 200 m from Agora Leisure Centre (pool, bowling, playground for children, billiards, etc.).
The resort of Berck-Sur-Mer offers many activities: sand yachting, kitesurfing, play with kites, horseback riding, walking to go see the seals or simply relaxing on the beach.

Séjour du 3 au 9 août 2025Appartement superbe, il ne manque rien. Très bon couchage. Mes 2 petits enfants étaient ravis car ils y ont trouvé des jouets et des jeux dont on peut jouer en famille et le parc de jeux juste en face.L'appartement est très très bien situé, on a pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture et cela est très appréciable et c'est très calme.La propriétaire correspond bien avec nous.Je recommande

Déception !

L'appartement est spacieux et bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal. Cependant, il présente des signes de vieillissement et manque cruellement de propreté et d'entretien. On note des fissures dans la peinture du plafond, des murs et portes sales, de la poussière, des couettes et oreillers tachés, des odeurs désagréables, ainsi que des ustensiles de cuisine sales... Un grand nettoyage et entretien durant l'hiver aurait été nécessaire pour accueillir les locataires de la saison printemps-été dans de meilleures conditions.

Bonjour, pour commencer, Mme Tison à préparer notre séjour à la perfection clés couchages horaires, merci beaucoup. Appartement agréablement situé très proche du centre ville. Les chambres sont en enfilades mais en famille pas gênant à voir avec amis. Il est très très bien équipé même si nous avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter. Si j’avais un reproche à faire et le salon un peu vieillissant. Encore merci madame Tison et je pense à bientôt. Peter.
