Nestled in a prime location, our stylish and spacious home is just a 15-minute walk from the city’s bustling centre and beautiful beaches, making it an ideal base for exploring all the area has to offer.

Our home is designed with family comfort in mind, boasting four large double bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a cinema family room with a PlayStation 4, promising entertainment for all ages.

The standout feature of our property is the expansive south-facing garden, which is equipped with festive lighting, a BBQ, a hot tub, and a variety of children’s play equipment, including a sandpit and a sunken trampoline. This garden oasis offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun for the entire family.

Inside, the house is thoughtfully arranged to cater to adults and children. There are two large reception areas: one is a haven for younger guests with a PlayStation 4, and the other provides a cosy adult retreat. You're set for endless entertainment with access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Sky Now, Apple TV, and YouTube on our smart TVs.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, with 24/7 support from our dedicated property management team for any assistance.

Our home is perfectly suited for family vacations, comfortably fitting 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children, with three double beds and a custom bunk bed. A travel cot or stair gates are available upon request.

The central location features a wide range of local food shops, quality restaurants, and essential amenities, all conveniently located near you.

For BBQ enthusiasts, there is a BBQ available for use, subject to a small professional cleaning fee of £60.

Family break

This property was exactly what we needed. Perfect for my family - elderly parents and my young son. Something for all of us, plenty of space indoors and out. Damons communication was excellent and we dont have a single complaint.

Absolutely perfect

I couldn’t fault this place, nor the communication nor the service. Everything was perfect, and the house was absolutely stunning. The set up outside was perfect for our family and the house had great toys for the children as well. Next time we come to Bournemouth we will definitely book here, the host was extremely accommodating and we are so happy :)

Great family home!

The house was perfect for us - super garden/patio for both children and adults too, child friendly indoors too with stairgates, highchair and amazing cottage bunkbead which my 6 year old granddaughter absolutely loved 🤩 plus there were tons of quality toys and books for the children too. The TV room was much appreciated with its absolutely massive TV! Location is good as well - with a decent foodie pub within 10 mins walk (The Pavilion). We also took advantage of their beach hut at Sandbanks too. Definitely recommend 👊😎☀️
