With Ponta da Piedade at your doorstep there is always some of the most beautiful coastline in the Algarve to explore.

The villa boasts a spacious and bright entrance hall with stairs going up to the main living quarters. The beautifully finished open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is finished to the highest standards and exudes light from the full-length sliding glass doors that lead directly to a large sun terrace overlooking the salt water pool. There is an additional terrace off the kitchen and there is a guest bathroom on the same floor also.

The master bedroom is located on the first-floor level and benefits from built in wardrobes a large ensuite bathroom and also full height sliding glass doors that lead to the sun terrace.

On the ground floor there are 3 further bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and all having direct access to the pool terrace and beautiful salt water swimming pool. At this level, there is also access to the garage space with table tennis table.

From the entrance hall there is a further dog leg staircase that leads to the lower level of the villa. After passing a large, glazed panel offering views of an enclosed sunken garden entry is gained to a huge TV and games room with comfortable sofa seating and a full-size pool table!

Outside, the villa has a beautiful pool area and the salt water pool is an ideal depth (600mm shallow end and 1400mm deep end) making it ideal for both adults and children to splash around and enjoy pool sports, but there is strictly no diving! With plenty of outside seating and a fantastic Weber BBQ Ponte do Farol is the ideal place for alfresco dining.
