August Sale!! Minutes from the islands, shops, parks, and downtown!

Location, location, location! This home is located in desirable Mt. Pleasant 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Shops, restaurants, grocery store, and Target less are than a mile away. The county park is 10 minutes away with a great water park for the kids, biking on shaded trails, and fishing. We are also 15 minutes away from Shipyard Park for those coming to town for baseball tournaments.

The house is well furnished for up to six guests with one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been updated. In the evenings enjoy winding down on the screened in back porch. The house is perfect for a family vacation or a quick getaway at an affordable rate. Did I mention the location? You may also rent for extended periods at a discounted monthly rate.

First off - Paul as a host was as great as you can imagine the greatest a host could be. I ask a lot of questions and he graciously responded to each one and always within an hour, most of the time within minutes.The property was perfect for our plans. Very close to everything we wanted to do in the 5 days we were there. Beds were comfortable. Even in the 99 to 100 degree weather we had the place was always very comfortable. The screened in back porch was great for the steak dinner we cooked.I could not be more happy with the house and location. Great price for being in the affluent MT, Pleasant area. Many places to shop, many restaurants and so very close to the beaches.

This house is bigger than it appears in photos. The family room has vaulted ceilings, a large sectional, and 2 swivel rockers. Each bedroom has a good size closet and plenty of space in the room. We slept great. The location is great close to IOP, the bridge to go downtown, and not in the middle of the Mt. Pleasant traffic. The renter is very attentive and accommodating. We will book this home again.
