Beautiful views, loud nightlife

We really liked the apartment, views, kitchen, and proximity to the beach! The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable and convenient. Rimini local tram to the main train station is only 2 blocks away from the apartment, making getting in and out a breeze. We were a bit ahead of tourist season, so not as crazy in Rimini. However, bars in the block close by were hosting live music or DJs late into the night Wed-Sun, going until midnight. It did prevent us from really enjoying the outdoor balcony in the evening with a glass of wine, like we had hoped. But if the party scene and beach proximity are your goal, this is an amazing place to stay! For a family seeking a bit of quiet beach relaxation, I might stay a few blocks inland or near the town center (or maybe not in Rimini).
