Elsa and Anna Apartments are two fully furnished, newly renovated apartments located in the village of Posada. Just a few kilometres away, you’ll find picturesque beaches along the Sardinian coast, such as La Cinta and Su Impostu. But it’s not just about the sea—Posada is just a short walk from the mountains and the millennia-old traditions of the Nuoro region.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, an on-call doctor’s office, and other essential services. The Posada marina and La Caletta are easily accessible by bike thanks to the bike path.

ANNA Apartment

KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas stove, and a large sink. The kitchen is equipped with a complete set of tableware for 4 people (plates, glasses, forks, and knives), pots in 3 different sizes, food storage containers, ladles, a cutting board, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

LIVING ROOM - The living room features a large, comfortable sleeper sofa with a double mattress (140x190), a 40-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a table with 4 chairs.

HALLWAY - A spacious hallway connects all the rooms in the apartment.

BATHROOM - The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, towel warmer, sink with a spacious vanity, mirror, large shower, and window.

BEDROOM - Bedroom furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe with a mirror, two nightstands, and a chest of drawers.

INTERNET CONNECTION - The apartment is equipped with a 50 MB Wi-Fi network.

AIR CONDITIONING - The entire two-room apartment is equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling convector heaters; the bathroom has a convenient towel warmer.

Both apartments are equipped with the Yale Smart Lock system, which consists of keypads located above the front door handle. The system offers great flexibility for check-in and 24/7 support in case of problems or malfunctions.

Two days before arrival, guests will receive a message with detailed instructions and access codes.
