Regarding the plunge pool, we would like to clarify that this was mentioned in the property description as being temporarily out of service at the time of your stay and booking. The issue has since been fully resolved, and the plunge pool is now repaired and completely operational again. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning. After this was reported, our team followed up and arranged a technician to inspect and repair the system. We understand that this process required several messages, and we are sorry for the frustration this caused during your stay. Regarding the mats, we appreciate you bringing this safety concern to our attention. The mat has now been removed to prevent this from happening again. We also acknowledge your comments about the patio furniture and furnishings.
