Well-located vacation home, one of the best locations in the area, partially renovated in 2022, with panoramic views of the Limfjord, both inside and outside, only about 400 meters from the Limfjord with a child-friendly beach and bathing jetty, where you can catch crabs or fish, among other things. The summer house offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while enjoying the panoramic view and the fjord. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, so you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. The house is also energy-efficient with a heat pump, allowing for low consumption. The kitchen includes a ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet. The house has three bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds (140 x 200 cm), and one bedroom has direct access to the large wooden terrace and a fantastic view of the fjord. The house has both an open/covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord.Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
