The view of the ocean is so alluring that it can be hard to do anything other than just enjoy the view. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so everyone can participate in both cooking and cosiness in the living room at the same time. In the garden by the house, the children can play while the adults can enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace. There is a barbecue on the terrace so the food can be enjoyed outside when the weather allows. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
