This high-quality vacation home, newly built in 2022, is perfectly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will be staying in a quiet area, yet close to the harbor of Østerby and the beach. The modern vacation home not only offers plenty of space for family life, but also a pleasant living atmosphere with bright rooms. The large windows provide plenty of daylight and at the same time offer a beautiful view of the trees on the natural property. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are combined in one long room, and from the well-equipped kitchen you have a good overview of what the rest of the family is doing. The vacation home has four good bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with comfortable underfloor heating. An alcove for coziness and relaxation offers a nice reading corner or a play den for the children. The room has several windows, which can be opened onto the terrace on hot days. On the terrace around the house, there are many seating areas with wind protection, sun, or shade, depending on your preference. In addition, the vacation home is equipped with a climate-friendly, energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump, so you can expect low costs for heating and hot water. Not available for rental to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
