Spread across the first and second floors, this welcoming holiday home offers a comfortable retreat for up to five guests. The shared ground-floor kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee and espresso machines, dining area, and washing machine. Upstairs, guests can relax in two inviting living areas, one with a cozy wood-burning stove and the other with satellite TV. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms, one with a children's bed, an additional single bed, and two bathrooms, one featuring a massage shower and the other an infrared sauna.

Unwind completely in the infrared sauna or under the massage shower, and enjoy the private garden with terrace and barbecue on sunny days. Added amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and private parking to complete your stay.

The surrounding area offers something for everyone. A recreational lake is just 5 km away, while the ski lift is only 6 km from the property, making it the perfect destination in every season. In addition, the beautiful Eifel National Park is nearby, ideal for scenic walks and cycling tours. Mooi authentiek huis in het kleine dorpje Murringen nabij Bullingen. De hele regio is meertalig (Vlaams, Frans en van origine Duits). Het echtpaar wat dit huis verhuurd is erg vriendelijk en klantgericht. Het huis biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om met een vriendengroepje of groot gezin in te verblijven. Op de begane grond is de hal en keuken gesitueerd. In de keuken staat ook een wasmachine voor het doen van een wasje (geen droger, maar op verzoek kan je was ook even in de droger van de verhuurder). Op de eerste verdieping is de winterkamer met houtkachel en een aparte zomerkamer met een stoel en bankje. Ook vind je daar een tweepersoons boxspring, een badkamer met douche en een infraroodcabine (sauna) en wc. Op de zolder een enorme ruimte met nog eens 4 (of 5) bedden, badkamer met luxe douchecabine en apart toilet. Parkeren kan tegenover het huis voor een weitje of op de oprit van een tuinhuisje. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wintersport, wandelen in de prachtige Eiffel of bezoek van de vele agrarische dorpjes.
